Merry Christmas 2010

Happy Holidays to all our family and friends. We are happy to report that we are healthy and happy this holiday season.

Our joy continues to come from our little princess Molly. She will be turning 2 in January. It has been so much fun watching her progress from barley walking at the beginning of this year to running, jumping, dancing, singing, talking, and making everyone smile. She isn’t a picky eater for which I am thankful. She folds her arms for prayer, mimics just about anything she sees and loves Elmo and Mickey Mouse.

I have loved being a stay at home mom! It has been nice to play with Molly, make dinner, keep a clean house and even find time to coupon, craft, and sew a little. Much of that came to an end in June when I got called as the Relief Society president of our ward. Now life includes all of the things I did before, but a lot less often and mixed with visits, meetings, lessons, and lots of phone calls. In the little spare time I have had, I started learning about photography and got a new camera. I have taken pictures for a few people which has been a lot of fun.

Nick has had a few bumps in the road this year. Logan School District did some cuts because of budgets and because he was the newest OT he was laid off. Before the school year actually ended he was hired by Cache School District. We were blessed to never go a month without employment or a paycheck. His work load has increase dramatically, so that has been hard to get used to. He also works PRN in a care center rehab dept. Nick also went back to school to become PUSH therapy certified. He is just beginning to practice as a PUSH therapist when he is not working at the school or in rehab. Nick serves in the Sunday School Presidency in our ward. He is a wonderful father. Molly loves spending time with her dad.

This summer we celebrated our 7th anniversary with a trip to Midway and Park City. We also went to a few family reunions, and rock climbing. Most of our other trips together were to Salt Lake where Nick had his PUSH classes. Molly and I loved to go to because we got to spend the day with friends and the nights with Nick.

This year we also put in our yard, porch, shed and fence. We love having it mostly done and being able to go to the backyard and not worry about Molly taking off. We love your home!

We know all of our blessings come from the Lord. We are thankful for our testimonies of the true gospel. May you have a blessed year.

Such a cute family. We miss you guys so much! It would be so cool to see you guys in the spring. We will be leaving here around the end of may. We also won't be here the month of April. Chad has a rotation to do in twin falls.
