Blankie

Avey LOVES her Pink blankie...but she was dragging it around EVERYWHERE.  So I asked Camille Jensen, who made pink blankie to make a little one for her.  She just got it last night and is IN LOVE!

It's Groundhog Day!

We celebrated this year with the traditional hats, and some biscuits and gravy with groundhogs sticking out.  Molly literally cried when she heard we would have 6 more weeks of winter.  WE invited our friends the Maxfields over to eat with us and watched Groundhog Day.

Easy Baking

Molly and her friend Aubrey had a great time making these cake pops and reading together.

Spring?!?

The Weather has been so nice!!  Time get get out on a walk!

Sarah's Birthday & Park City

For my birthday this year we got a ksl deal and headed to Park City for a weekend.  We mostly just relaxed.  Went swimming.  Ate.  Went to Olympic Park.  Saw the HGTV Dream home in Midway and the Ice Castles.  Saw the crater at the Homestead.  It was so nice though to get to get away for a night and just play.  The girls love olympic park and it brought back a lot of good memories for me too!  (7th anniversary...zip lining and seeing Olympians practice)

Reading & Dentist

Molly had her first cavity filled.  She was so brave!

Happy Birthday Molly!

For Molly birthday she asked for 3 things.  A FROZEN birthday cake, her ears pierced, and her hair cut.  We did the ears first.  We went down to the Jewelry shop and had her pick out some earrings.  Then she had me hold her while she got them done.  Both at the same time, so she did really well and didn't even cry.  She was so excited about it and couldn't quit looking in the mirror.  The next day was her real birthday, so we took cupcakes to her class and we made a poster that was all about her to share with her class.  After school we went to a neighbors who cut her hair.  She wanted to donate it, so we had to cut at least 8 inches.  Molly was so excited for the chop and the whole time she was grinning ear to ear.  She now has a cute A-line bob.  She loves how easy it is to do, wash and not get tangled.  Then we got some pizza for dinner.

New earrings!

Last day to school with long hair.

Back to school the next day with her new hairdo.

It's a PARTY!

Molly had both sides of Grandparents, Bart and Jess, The Prince family and that Mahoneys over for her birthday party that weekend.  She loved her cake...but unfortunately I only got pics of Avey devouring it.  It was super yummy.  I made a video of Molly that we watched, ate cake and opened presents.  It was actually my party too since my birthday was the next day.

Blowing out the candles.  I didn't have a 6...or 6 candles so we added 4 and 2 to make 6!

My friend Linda helped me make my first ever fondant cake.
