Our festivities started on Tuesday night in Provo where we met all of Nick's family (except Jer) at a theater to watch the play, "The First Christmas." Keith and Ali had gotten us all tickets and also treated us to snack bags which were helpful in getting Avey to sit still. We all loved the play and when the angel Gabriel sang Avey said, "Oh so pretty." That night we got a motel. We foot the pack and play so Avey wanted the king sized bed all to herself. She didn't want to even let us sit on the bed. She liked pretending to talk on the phone. Molly got her own sofa bed and slept really good. The next morning after breakfast we swam in the pool. Molly and Avey are both getting more brave in the water. They love it!
Next we headed to Price. We mostly hung out, ate, and visited while the kids played. We did get to go shoot guns one night and Nick went rabbit hunting one morning. We enjoyed a huge feast that was delicious!! Dallin announced that Jessica was pregnant! A shock for us all but we were so happy! That night all the adults did PUSH training as Sherstin practiced what she was learning and Nick was there to help. We also went 4 wheeling one afternoon as a family and Nick got to ride one of Barts bikes.
It was a wonderful holiday and one to be thankful for!
