Murry park

A few weeks ago we all went to Murry park and played while I took some pictures for Aunt Camille. The girls had a blast and I enjoyed taking some pics of my kiddos.

Our good friends the Beanfields invited us to a fun murder mystery dinner.  It was a western theme.  Had such a great time.  John Beenfield was a student that Nick helped last year in OT school.  We have been blessed to spend time with them the last year or so.  

Aikido

The last few months Molly started taking a self defense class at the rec. center.  Last week was the first time I went to watch her since Nick usually takes her.  It was so neat to see everything she has learned so far.  I saw this young girl having a hard time.  Not sure what it was about, but I loved watching Molly go over to her to comfort her and help her.  

Field Trip

Molly had a field trip this month and even though it meant a lot of walking and I had just gotten my cast off, I really wanted to go with her.  They went to the Red Beutt Gardens in Salt Lake.  Then we had lunch at a park in Kaysville.

Haircuts

I got my hair cut pretty short before we left to Disneyland, but while it was short, I thought...why not go shorter?  So I now have the very shortest haircut I've ever had!  But surprisingly, I love it.  It is pretty easy to do and cool for the summer.  The girls also begged for haircuts, so Avey lost about 4.5 inches and Molly about 3.  

Mothers Day 2016

This year for Mother's Day we went to Eagle Mountain to have dinner with the Sidwells.  I made this cake for Nana.  

Spring Planting

Mom took me shopping for flowers!  She helped me plant these beautiful planters and when I got back from my conference, Nick and the girls had planted the flower beds.  They make me super happy!
